  I was nervous using Good Shepherd after seeing some of the bad reviews, but my vet recommended them so strongly that I went ahead with it. I am so glad I did; I couldn't have imagined better care for my girl. They were all so kind, compassionate, tactful, and so good at what they do. They don't charge your card until you give them the information and authorize payment. They have automated phone calls that let you know when your pet has been picked up and delivered back, but you have to make sure that you check your voicemail, enter your number correctly, and make sure your vet allows for Good Shepherd to give you those calls. Everything they did turned out beautifully. What I didn't expect was how nice the assistants were and how they really wanted to make everything as best as possible for you. Plus, they were the only company who could guarantee that I was getting my pet's cremains back. Worth every penny! This was such an awful time. I'm so thankful there are people like this out there to help. I couldn't have done it without them.

  WOW. I called these people to ask how much it would be to cremate my pet. Instead of going thru my vet just to check pricing. My vet including the box was either 130.00--175.00. THIS PLACE QUOTED ME $270.00 PLUS THE COST OF A BOX. DOUBLE THE COST.. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THEM FOR GOUGING THE PRICES LIKE THIS.. SOUNDS LIKE CROOKS TO ME
